MEMBERSHIP TYPES
- Senior Sailing Membership – $95
Gives you the benefit of a Yachting Australia Silver Card and personal accident insurance while involved in any on-water activities organized by our club or any other YA club in Australia. Sailing Membership also gives you the use of all club sailing facilities including boats. You are also entitled to use of all club social facilities and events. - Youth Sailing Membership – $35
Has the same benefits as Senior Sailing Membership but at a reduced cost for people under the age of 16. - Social Membership – $55
Gives you access to all club social events and facilities. Social membership does not cover use of the club’s vessels but allows you to participate in three on-water club events per year. - Secondary Club Membership – $55
Means that if you are already a member of a YA club and hold a Silver Card and YA number you can join our club without having to pay the YA Levy. You must inform PESC of Silver Card number to be entitled to this membership. - Family Membership
Entitles a 10% discount on membership fees.
Check the Family Discount box below and fill in all the family members names.
The maximum fee payable for any one family with dependant children is $200.
A membership form is required for each member of the family and the 10% discount will be applied to each member’s application.
If the combined fee is more than $200 the invoice ammounts will be decreased proportionately to bring the combined total to $200.
If you have a boat you may wish to register it with the club for $20 which in the first year of registration gives you a club burgee which you can fly.
All members have full voting rights at meetings and are eligible to be elected to the committee.
If we have not received your membership payment by the due date then the club will presume that you no longer wish to remain as a member. If you do not renew your membership your name will be removed from the membership list of the Port Esperance Sailing Club. Under section 32.2.3 you may appeal this decision.
